    Foaming or air entrainment in lubricating oils is typically caused by:
          Mechanical factors in the lube system
          Oxidation and/or
          Contamination of the oil by foreign materials.

There are two types of Defoamants A and B

Defoamants A and B are designed to assist in controlling excess foam.

Defoamant A is used in Hydraulic Oils: one ounce per 100 gallons
Defoamant B is used in Circulating Oils:

Gear Oils: 4 per 10 gallons

Bearing Oils: 4 per 100
